Grassroots Programs, Lasting Impact
While orphanages provide essential care and protection,
many children still have limited access to opportunities that nurture their talents, aspirations, and future readiness.
Our programs are designed to help bridge that gap.
Kemah Muda is a volunteer initiative that creates meaningful learning experiences for children living in orphanages. Our programs include creative workshops, character-building activities, and educational field trips, all delivered with the participation of young volunteers.
Since 2020, Kemah Muda has reached hundreds of children across orphanages and recruited hundreds of volunteers. Beyond volunteer activities, we also support orphanages through donations and facility revitalization projects.
Our educational trips have taken children to museums, zoos, playgrounds, parks, and bookstores, while our shopping experiences empower them to choose school supplies and other essentials based on their own preferences

The Muda Berdaya Mentoring Program (MBMP) equips underprivileged adolescents with the mindset, knowledge, and practical skills they need to prepare for their future. Through inspirational workshops and one-on-one mentoring with young professionals, participants gain guidance from mentors who have walked similar paths
The program focuses on three key areas: building self-confidence, expanding participants' understanding of career opportunities and the world of work, and developing practical career-readiness skills.
To broaden participants' exposure to professional environments, mentoring sessions are held at our corporate partners' offices. Since its launch in 2023, MBMP has been conducted five times, empowering 175 adolescents from orphanages across the Greater Jakarta area.
Muda Berdaya Mentoring Program (MBMP)
The program expands access to quality learning opportunities for young people living in orphanages. The program provides fully funded short-course scholarships that enable participants to develop practical skills and improve their employment prospects.
Since 2023, MBSP has supported 1–3 month courses and professional certifications in areas such as Microsoft Office, graphic design, coding, English, and academic tutoring. These programs are delivered in collaboration with trusted education partners.
To date, the program has benefited 100 vulnerable youth, with several participants receiving continued scholarship support to strengthen their long-term personal and professional development.
